Using Cyzica means agreeing to what is below. It is short on purpose.
One account, one person. Keep the password to yourself — anybody who has it can read and change everything you can. Tell us if you think somebody else has it.
You need a working email address, because that is how you get back in if you forget your password.
What you write here belongs to you and to whoever you share it with. We make no claim to it, and we do not use it to train anything.
Sharing something with a lab means the people in that lab can read it and, for protocols, write new versions. That is the point of a shared library, and it is worth knowing before you share.
Do not store personal health information about identifiable patients, or anything you are not allowed to keep outside your institution. Cyzica is not certified for either.
Do not try to reach other people’s work, break the application, or use it to send anybody anything they did not ask for.
Cyzica can record controlled-substance use, and does so in a way designed to be traceable: entries are only ever added, never edited or removed. It remains your responsibility, and your institution’s, to meet whatever your regulator requires — including keeping whatever records they say you must keep, wherever they say you must keep them. Do not treat this as your only copy.
This is young software, offered as it is. It may be unavailable, and it may have faults. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for work lost or for decisions made from what you read here.
You can stop using Cyzica whenever you like and ask for your account to be removed — see the privacy page. We may close an account that is being used to break these terms, and will say why.
Questions about any of this: privacy@cyzica.com.
